History and train enthusiasts alike will enjoy a trip to the Chehalis Centralia Railroad and Museum! This one-of-a-kind museum brings guests on an exciting journey through historical Washington on a one of the only steam-powered railroads in the state!
This railroad experience began when local citizens formed the Chehalis-Centralia Railroad Association to restore a 1916 logging locomotive that has been placed in a Chehalis park thirty years earlier. Guests have the option of enjoying a coach train to Milburn or Ruth, or can enjoy a dining train! Once on the train, guests can enjoy an old-fashioned dining experience in the dining cart while absorbing the sights around them.
Take advantage of the Chehalis - Centralia Railroad and Museum’s special events! There is a wide-range of special events that take place on the train each year, like Mother’s Day Brunch, Pumpkin Trains at Halloween, and the world-famous Polar Express Train!
